METHOD OF PAYMENT

Unless specific prior arrangements have been made, full payment  is due at the time of service. If you have dental benefits, any patient portion or outstanding balance not covered by your benefits is due at the  time of service as well. We accept cash, debit card, cheque, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Our fees are based on clinical expertise, quality of care and materials.

DENTAL  BENEFITS & INSURANCE

It is best to view dental benefits as an aid to you in your dental care keeping in mind that a dental benefit plan is not a treatment plan and certain procedures may not be covered by your benefits. These policies vary widely in the scope of coverage they provide. There is no correlation between the treatment you may require and what your benefits will pay for.

Patients are expected to take full responsibility for payment of our fee at the time of service for any outstanding balance or treatment not covered by benefits.

We will do our best to try and help you understand dental benefits, accept assignment of benefits from most insurance companies and if your policy allows, submit your claim electronically. This will reduce your immediate out of pocket expenses and facilitate payment from your insurance company. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
