Your personal treatment plan addressing your specific needs and desires may involve a combination of several of these services. Many cosmetic and restorative procedures are almost identical, the difference being the intended purpose of the treatment and/or choice of restorative material used.

To simplify things, cosmetic services are essentially elective, designed to enhance your smile and appearance of your teeth (provided your dental health is fundamentally sound) and restorative services are utilized to rehabilitate your dental condition from a compromised, unhealthy state to a healthy, functional and comfortable state. Often there is an overlap or “grey” area between cosmetic and restorative procedures, because no matter what, we always try to provide any dental treatment with aesthetics and comfort foremost in our mind, regardless of what challenges are presented to us.

All cosmetic and restorative services are performed under magnification (surgical loupes) and the use of a headlight to ensure maximum visual acuity.

We do not use silver amalgam as a restorative material and therefore it is not offered as an option. If you require restorative services and want silver amalgam as a restorative material please inform us and we will help you find a dentist who offers this treatment.
